Changes with Nahelem-Learning Curve? (Read 1990 times)

I just thought of something;  When the Nahelem chip comes out, does that mean we have to learn overclocking all over again?  I only know about using the FSB.  I couldn't overclock an AMD chip.

you wont be using Nellie on your current motherboard... it will require a new motherboard and a switch to DDR3. Even current DDR3 motherboards are useless.

you wont be using Nellie on your current motherboard... it will require a new motherboard and a switch to DDR3. Even current DDR3 motherboards are useless.




Oh I know that.  New socket design, new lots of things.  It will be an investment to upgrade to this platform when it arrives.  What else is money for?
