I saw him again today when i was biking, apparantly its used to gather elevation data.

From what? MM's? the Netherlands is pretty flat. especialy this area, except from a couple of dikes and channels that break the view.

It's stalking SimV members.... I've seen a few with those side pods flying over my house too. That's why I went to Wal-Mart and bought a laser defense system!!! Lulz.
