No FS9?  And i love business jets.  I guess I could install it in my FSX, but I only use that once a month or so.

I'm sure (after a bit of tweaking....) I could (or others if they would like) could attempt to get it to work in FS9...

There's not any possible way to force a model compiled with the new shader based tools to run in FS9. Period.

They are two completely incompatible systems.

I been thinking Bill, maybe if I use all the done things change animations tags ,you know, rename , kill tires rudder aileron animations.....all the stuff required I may export with panda to X then to makemdl9, I have all the textures in Bmp  ,see I don't think will be too difficult ....I think Undecided

AAAAALLRRot Wii  Grin, Alrot, or better,  my friends call me Alex and you my friend buddy  Grin

Fr:Bill is one of the greatest designers I ever meet along with Milton Shupe (both works alone in their planes like me) ,and is my teacher in
Freeflight Design Shop Design Forums ,all I have learn from FSX-SDK was a hude part by him , personal helps and his great tutorials spread in all designing web sites, he's a gauge programer and an expert in XML code. He's a teacher of teachers Im not kissing the boss B*¨* here but first this is very true ,and his reputation is well known, and I'm in debt with this man.

When he said something ,he's always right , I didn't remember that the textures were made in 2048x 2048 in DDS which is no problem to convert into bmp, BUT  Embarrassed Makemdl9 does not allow textures bigger than 1024 ,so this mean I would have to Re-map the entire airplane, including VC , this may take a while..

But I will start to do it,  once the aircraft is release in FSX.

When I said "incompatible," that is precisely what I meant.

FS9 (and earlier) models are compiled assembly code in BGL format.

FSX models are compiled XML code in MDL format.

FSX can read and display both MDL and BGL encoded formats.

FS9 can only read and display BGL encode format. Period.

FS9 models use primarily "axis based animations," with only a little bit of XML driven animations.

FSX models use exclusively XML driven animations, most of which FS9 would not be able to interpret.

Also, as Alex has already mentioned, the textures he's using are 2048x2048, which FS9 cannot load.
