.tech suport denied my question and let me find menu and check knowledg base, but where is knowledg base and check which section in menu?

I just bought my c-130  pro pack
I can hardly to wait to fly them
but when FSX loading each of c-130s, after model was shown, for a few seconds, the FSX show me:
"the instruction at"0*200ef382" referenced memory at "0*01805398". the memory could not be " read". click ok to terminate the program"
without other option, so I click ok, than the FSX was terminated.
I start FSX again, it happend again. when I choose other addon crafts, FSX run normally.
I redownload the installation file and reinstall c-130 pro pack, the problem happen again, this time after loading c-130, FSX show me same information, but change a little bit, the "instruction of "0*200ef382" "was changed to another"0*7c809783"  and the " memory at"......" changed to another also, and this time is "can not write". my system is good enough to keep the system requirment.

maybe my question is silly and stupid, could you please illuminate me what happen and how can I let them run?

thanks alot
yours

Make sure you have SP! and SP2 installed. This should correct your problem!

SP1

AND

SP2
installed

Here is a quote from tther Captain Sim website!
Quote:
Q: ERROR: The instruction at "0x20c6a07e" referenced memory at "0x0cf82e9c". The memory could not be "read".

A: You need to install Service Pack 1 and Service Pack 2 for FSX.
From: C-130 X-perience (FSX) / General (QID 695)

Hope that helps...

Hi Fly2e , thank you so so so so so much!!!!!!!!!

my c-130 is ready to take off!  You know, when I was 6 year old, one day, I saw a small white airplane model, it's beautiful shape attract me, after mind-struggle, I asked my parents' friend " may I have this airplane" even my parents told me many times never ask for gift in other's home. So, C-130 is the first airplane I know the exact name, and, lockheed is the first airplane company name I learn. From then on, I start to like aircrafts, fly and fly sim. I bought my first computer for fly simulation........  C-130 is so important to me.....

I installed a wrong "sp1" . I pressed a little "download" sign, following 2 lines instruction, just below the big "download"  I thought the big one is just a title.
without your reply and confirm, I won't look back to check.

Thank you Fly2e!!
