MS 2007 Office problem (Read 505 times)

hey all.  having a small, but irritating issue with Office 2007.  My ribbon at the top is displaying like in the pic attached.  Its like its displaying in 8bit colour or something.  Its like this in all my office applications (word, excel etc).  Anyone got any clues as to what might be wrong.

A bit more info, this only happened after in installed MS Internet Explorer 8, which i then uninstalled.  I have also done a system restore, but no luck.

Are you in classic MS view or something? That might be the problem. Change it back to Vista colors and see what happens.

No problem. THe "X" and other bottons at the top right of the screen gave many hints. Wink
