First off, you should know that I have almost no experience modding. I was wondering if there was a GUI effects editor for FSX or any other simulator, because I am pretty sure they all use the same format. I have installed the SDK that comes with FSX, but I have no idea how to use the effects editor that is included. In fact, I can't even find the .exe file. If someone could tell me how to access that, it would suffice.
