Why? AVSIM is a perfectly good site.

It's competition. Besides, everyone knows SimV is the best FS site. Period. Wink

SimV is a good site, but the AVSIM file library is so much easier to search through.

Avsim and Flightsim. Two highly respected Sites, both going back a long way...!

Avsim is the Site for specialist "Bush Pilots"... Wink...!

If you cant find what you want in good-old Sim V, then those two sites are well worth a look...for a start!

Get to know some people online then invite them to join. In my experience just randomly recruiting is a bad way to get pilots. Mostly get young wanna-be's with very little discipline or skill when it comes to stunt flying, or any flying for that matter.

If anything, they need lots of discipline and skill to be a good stunt pilot, especially in formation!

That's what he was saying.  If you just go around asking everyone you see if they want to join a team, the only ones who'll say yes are people who think being on a team will make them better than everyone else, and who aren't very good at flying.

"Mostly you will get young wanna-be's...."
