So today I downloaded Ito's Draken. I used the update by Bob Chicilo, and then added the Austrian skins after deleting the default one. However, when I click OK to use the plane and get back to the main menu I get CTDs or booted out of FS9. Sad

Why is this happening?

I changed all the J35 Draken names to J35OEX Draken including the folder name, INI data, and AIR File.

Can anyone help? Undecided

Check the aircraft cfg file look for the following line
sim=Cessna182S
The name after the = must match the name of the .AIR file exactly letter for letter. Every now and then someone forgets to put the .AIR file into the zip file before uploading it. But this is rare. Cool

No that wasn't it. They are the same for all 3 skins. The .AIR File is named J35OEX_Draken . The sim= are all named J35OEX_Draken .

Perhaps the problem was when I changed the Draken's name inside the .AIR file or when I deleted the skin the Draken came with?
