Hi,

When I use my gamepad to use the throttle, only one lever will move. The same happens when I use my keyboard. So it cant be a problem with my gamepad. It also happens to only a few planes.

There has to be a key command to solve this problem, but I dont know wich one to use. I checked the command list. I saw you can press 'E' to select engine, but that wont work. I even dont know what it really does!!

Does anyone have a clue?

Thank you very much!!

Hi mishav,

Welcome to the forums. Have a look here: Only One Throttle Works.

Quote:
Try hitting the "E" key and then quickly the "1" then "2" (and if more engines..."3" and then "4") keys.  That should reset the throttle controls to all engines.

Sometimes even this doesn't work for me & I have to resort to reloading the plane I'm using.

Cheers,

TSC.

One sentence: you are my hero!

I have not tried it yet, though I'm sure it will work.

Like a reply in the post discribed: I indeed mess up with the chatbox I'm not typing in.

Cheers!!  Wink

The solution TSC listed does not always work, and it somestimes takes a complete restart of the sim to fix it.  Undecided

Very annoying.

...another little tip... Roll Eyes...

(..don't you just love "little tips"!... Kiss...)

Make sure that your cursor in NOT in the "Chat Box" when ever you type an engine, etc command....

Very strange things can happen....

You type "Good..."....only to find that you have retracted your undercarriage, and you are now about to do a belly landing.... Cry!...

or you said "Every...."....only to find that you have shut one or more of your engines down... Cry...!

...or typed "Lovely..."....and have switched all your flippin' lights off!... Cry...!

Etc...etc.... Grin...!
