Are these add-ons worth purchasing if I have a low to mid level graphics card?  Will I even be able to see a difference?

I have a Radeon ATI 2400 graphics card.  How bad of a graphics card is my card?

awesome, thanks for the advice.  I noticed the Ultimate Terrain add-on after I posted.  That's a definite purchase, it looks amazing.

I'm still wondering how bad my graphics card is.  I was thinking about buying a new one, but if its a decent card then I don't have to.  I'm running a quad core with 3 gb ram.  I'm pretty sure the ATI Radeon is only 256MB.

wtf?  what happened to the other guy's responses?  I only see my responses now.  I was hoping to see what was recommended so I can go purchase them now.
