Great shots, but sad to say, Culdrose gilding club was the most unfriendly gliding club I ever had the misfortune to visit. Mind you it was 20 years ago. A Crab was trying to mix it up with the Fish Heads

Lovely shots. They must be hard to frame, with those loooooong wings...
Does anyone know why gliders wear those silly fisherman-hats? Look at the first shot and you'll know what I mean. There are glidermodels is FS that have pilots with them too.

Have you ever noticed even in the winter how hot you can get sat in your car in direct sunlight. Under the perspex canopy in said sun it can turn into an oven even on the coldest day. It is basic sunstroke protection.
