Can anbody help me find a good accurate model of a sikorsky S-61 model payware or freeware will do.

You might want to give the one here http://www.simviation.com/fs2002heli32.htm. It should work fine in FS2004. You might also want to check out the Alpha Sim SH-3 (http://www.alphasim3.com/store/index.php?cPath=28). ; It does say that it is for FS2004 only though.
