we got Step II done now and so here we go;

Nah, thats definitely a 377 or KC-97..or Super Guppy. C-130 cockpit has remained the same throughout its life (optional EICAS/EFIS installed, J model has glass cockpit), and that doesn't look a lot like a C-130.
