I am not trying to get credit that I took the shot myself. I was just posting it. It was a cool shot and I don't think there is a rule that says you can't post loading screens.

no rules but atleast specify that you didn't took this shot. From the look of it people got the impression you captured this picture.

The main thing about posting things like loading screens and in-game videos is that they can give a false impression of how the actual game looks and for this reason I think might be an idea to mention it if one is posting such a thing. Not a rule, but a courtesy to viewers...
As for 'credit' it's still part of the game and a great image, so some credit on spotting and sharing it is due, even if you didn't compose it yourself. I've got no problem with putting pics like that in the gallery occasionally - there's at least one other such shot in there already...
Cheers

but one small thing, the rule 2 of "not allowed" section
2. Just posting pictures you found on the Internet.
It should be YOUR work!!!

i think the point being stressed is that, its not your work, you did't have to position the camera or wait for the right moment, just snap it up on a loading screen, no WORK involved their.
its not really your work to be fair. sorry.

no worries a1 i'm not accusing you, the only thing that bothers me is that they put your name on the screenshot in the gallery as the creator, which was suppose to be creative assembly sega or whatever.
