I just purchased this plane at Perfect Flight and noticed the landing lights are extremely bright to the point that they're not usable.  I have to turn them off and only use the taxi light which seems to be more like a landing light.  Has anyone had this issue and would anyone know if it's possible to dim the landing lights.

Also, for anyone who ownes this plane, Are the flap settings only visible in the throttle quadrant?
