If you like vintage aircraft's, then those made by Jens B. Kristensen is among the best.
They very detailed, well documented, with VC, with installer and just plain awesome.
I have them all and they are my favourite planes to fly.

Wow, that’s impressive, "recreating" 31 aircraft designs for flight sim.  I can’t imagine how much work that is.  I’ve only done one, half way, and it’s been a ton of work so far.  31 seems like a life time achievement.  But… He didn’t design these aircraft, he copied the designs recreating them for Flight Sim.
A guy like Burt Rutan is a designer, coming up with original designs, then figuring out how to best fly them, writing performance charts, and procedures, braking world records, and furthering the development of aviation.  To be a designer, you would have had to come up with something new.
