I've never done a take-off or landing from anything other than grass in small kites... must be strange to use a runway!

Brett im trying to add some boats to the Michigan area, default ones including the freighters, like Detroit, Muskegon, the Traverse area, maybe a few at Marquette and Munising, I already have boats around the Mack bridge and the Hessel area! In fact Mr. Rotty you may even want to plan a trip through Michigan, so you can see all the ships and land at Mack Island, and the Soo (onve i upload the scenery, in fact you may even stick around Michigan, its so purty)

I've still got some of your boat scenery installed.  Smiley  I run a special traffic.bgl for the Straits area... lotsa GA flights to/from; Mackinac Island, Beaver Island, Drummond Island, St. Ignace, Cheboygan, Hessel (I love that airport.. the reference photo you'll see at www.airnav.com is mine), Sault Ste Marie, Trtaverse City and Pelston. It's no fun sim-flying that area without traffic to deal with.

I'll be taking another lap around Lake Michigan this June.. with some sight-seeing based out of St. Ignace (Island hotels are ridiculous, plus there's no fuel there). Maybe we can hook up for a lunch.. and maybe talk Rotty into seeing the U.P. (no place like it in the world). And hey, Sean... if you ever get some time to kill, and want to share the plane.. we could meet in Akron (not far from where we met last summer), pick up Jared.. and REALLY practice some fuel management up to the U.P.  Cool

I'm going to post some photos in another thread (this one's already hi-jacked to death) for some U.P. scenery motivation...
