Ontario, CA - ExpressJet Virtual (VATSIM:BTA) announced the opening for Chief Flight Instructor at an early morning press conference. “With the first new hire class expected to start ground school within the next two weeks we’ve decided to expand our training capacity” This announcement comes 3 weeks before the airlines scheduled opening date of February 5th.



Chief Flight Instructor:

Qualifications:

-       1 hour a day (per 7 day period) for instruction.

-       English written and verbal communication skills.

-       Posses a valid VATSIM ID and a basic understanding of VATSIM.

-       No previous VATSIM disciplinary action.

-       16 years of age or older.

-       Willingness to learn E145 and ExpressJet Virtual Operations.

Responsibilities:

The Chief Flight Instructor will assist/teach a series of 3 classes to newly recruited pilots via TeamSpeak and will also directly supervise any prospective instructors, this position will report to the Airline Training Manager.
