i used game cam to record a bunch of clips and want to put them together. i used windows movie maker, but when i upload it onto a website, movie maker changed the format of the video, and i cant upload it and i cant find out how to change the format. help anyone?

I don't use movie maker but isn't it in the save options?

Are you doing the typical file/save as?

When you do this it saves the Project file... NOT a video file. You are mearly saving the project (a file just full of data telling WMM that it needs to load certain clips at certain places and so on)

You need to go file/Publish Movie

This will export the video to the directory of your choice as a WMV I believe. To change the filetype from here on I would reccomend getting the free 'SUPER Converter' program.
