I have down loaded the PMDG user guide and some other stuff from the web site to properly use the product, but one thing that I notice is....I don't have any PMDG tabs at all. I even came close to printing out the 380+ page manual(at work), but after going through it it did not answer my question.

All I have is the load manager icon, and when I go into the settings on FSX, I don't see any thing that has any thing to do with it. So I can't change the buttons, or see where they are mapped out default or any other new controlles that may have been added or taken away. And went back and checked the files I have, and it just says that it is pretty much similar to FS04 and all you have to do is go into settings and click the PMDG tab ect.. But it is simply not there, and since I have never owned in other Flight Sim, I don't know were other spot it could be in, or did it just not load up with FSX and the Acceleration Add On.

Open MSFS, and start a flight with the PMDG 747.

Look at the top of the screen, and press ALT.

Grin

It's explained on page 13 part 00 of the manual too.

Cool that helps thanks.
When I was looking online at their site, it said I could access all this with out being in the game. Like when you first start it up and you have settings and all the rest, it showed a PMDG tab some place in the settings that I have not found.

A PMDG Folder has been added into the FS9 folder that contains the entire manual (split by chapter), the loadmanager, and the SIDSTAR database. You can download and install, or even program your own SIDSTAR selections into this database (which the FMC reads from).

The site is here.

Newest navdata cycle (713) is available at http://www.planepath.com/ but only covers USA and some parts of the UK. Free, but less accurate data for rest of world here: http://www.navdata.at. Payware navdata here: http://www.navigraph.com/www/default.asp

Where exactly does it say that?
