Thought this might be a laugh. Take a car in GTA:SA and pimp it out! Upload before and after shots (plus a few more if you like) and post them in this thread. Once we've got a few entries I'll set up a poll. Have fun!  Wink Grin

(I'll get mine up soon).  Cool

EDIT: Also, post a list of the mods you did if possible.

I'm thinking I need to port the game over to my desktop computer. I've never tried modding cars in the game before. Mostly because they never lasted long.... Grin

I wonder, how did you get rid of the HUD in your shots? IMO, that really takes away from GTA:SA shots Undecided

Ok, this must be a dumb question, but how do you go about modding cars out like that? I drove a car to all of the garages with a little wrench icon on the map, but nothing happened. The doors wouldn't open and I couldn't get it. I then tried an old 50's style convertible car and I could get in, but it wouldn't work with a couple sports cars I tried. What's your secret?

Certain cars only work in certain garages.

It depends how far through the game you are... once you unlock Wang Cars you can mod street racers in Wheel Arch Angels. Lowriders can be modded quite early on I think and you need to go to Loco Low Co. for that. Most other cars can be modded at Transfenders which is unlocked at the same time as Loco Low Co. Go here for more help... http://www.gtasanandreas.net/news/index.php

To remove the HUD, etc, press ESC in the game to bring up the pause menu, go to display... find the HUD ON and switch it to off, do the same for the map and stuff.

Cheers.  Smiley

Since we still want to keep this thread under 500K, I'll put mine up as links...

Car: Stratum
Garage: Wheel Arch Angels...
Parts: Various ones suggested by my sister...This car is the brain child of my sister...I keep it in my Calton Heights garage on Windy Windy Windy Street...It is one car I will never destroy...It's always parked safely next to my modified Sultan Cool

After

And one to show it off, albeit in a rather poor way Tongue

I wasn't able to buy Wang's Cars, so I did some reading online, and apparantly, completing the driving school there in San Fierro is a pre-requisite. So I painstakenly passed all the tests, which unlocked races, a few more missions at the garage, Wang's Cars, Wheel Arch Angel's shop, and now the import/export at the docks.

Now i'm just experimenting with different cars... Cool
