Pegasus Simulations Incorporated (PIS), parent company of Atlantic International Virtual (AIV) is a non-profit volunteer hobby organization for simulation pilots, an environment in which the individuals can experience, learn, and have fun while conducting basic and advanced piloting skills using flight simulator software.

Division: Executive / Flight Operations & Training

Location: World Headquarters, Houston, TX USA

Chief Operating Officer / COO (1) - The Chief Operating Officer reports to the CEO of the organization. As the COO for Pegasus Simulations, Inc. (PSI), he/she oversees all operations within the organization and works directly with all Operational Vice Presidents, pertaining to the virtual world. (Vice President of Flight Operations, Vice President of Flight Standards & Training and the Vice President of Systems Control)


Basic Qualifications for Chief Operating Officer Level Positions:

* Must be at least 21 years old and have completed all required HR documentation.
* Must have held the previous role as a Vice President for at least 1 calendar year.
* Must have at least 3-5 years work experience in the related field.
* Confidentiality is a must in this position.
* Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Must be able to communicate with all levels of management.
* Must possess the ability to work with minimal supervision, and be able to follow through on all correspondence, tasks you have created or ones that have been assigned to you.
* Must check all emails, forums and company voicemails on a daily basis and follow through with any correspondence associated.
* Must attend monthly staff conference calls and virtual meetings.
* Must have excellent leadership skills and be able to work well with others.
* Must be responsible for accurately completing Time and Attendance whenever work is preformed.



Division: Information and Communications Technology

Location: World Headquarters, Houston, TX USA

Vice President, Information and Communications Technology / VPICT (1) - The Vice President, Information and Communication Technology reports to the CEO. As the VPICT for Pegasus Simulations, Inc. (PSI), he/she oversees: information technology and computer systems that support our missions and goals. The EVP’s main focuses are data management, networking, and acting as the System Administrator. This set forth individual is also a member of the organizations Executive Committee.

Basic Qualifications for Vice President Level Positions:

* Must be at least 21 years old and have completed all required HR documentation.
* Degree personnel preferred, but not a mandatory requirement.
* Must have held the previous role on the Directorship Level for at least 1 calendar year.
* Must have at least 3-5 years work experience in the related field.
* Confidentiality is a must in this position.
* Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Must be able to communicate with all levels of management.

Vice President, Flight Operations / VPFO (1) - The Vice President, Flight Operations reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). As VPFO for Pegasus Simulations, Inc. (PSI), he/she will work closely with his/her Senior Director, Flight Operations as well as the Vice President of Flight Standards ensuring the proper incorporation of the Flight Operations Manual (FOM) and Operation Information Letters (OIL). The Vice President, Flight Operations should also establish and maintain a working relationship with the VATSIM Vice President of Virtual Airlines and Special Operations. This set forth individual is also a member of the organizations Executive Committee.


Basic Qualifications for Vice President Level Positions:

* Must be at least 18 years old and have completed all required HR documentation.
* Must have held the previous role on the Directorship Level for at least 1 calendar year.
* Must have at least 3-5 years work experience in the related field.

Vice President, Systems Operations / VPSO (1) The Vice President, Systems Operations (SOCC) reports to the Chief Operating Officer. As the VPSO for Pegasus Simulations, Inc. (PSI), he/she primary responsible is the supervision and operation of all aspects of the Systems Operations Command Center (SOCC). This set forth individual is also a member of the organizations Executive Committee.


Basic Qualifications for Vice President Level Positions:

* Must be at least 18 years old and have completed all required HR documentation.
* Must have held the previous role on the Directorship Level for at least 1 calendar year.
* Must have at least 3-5 years work experience in the related field.
