Thats the one I thought of when I watched the RAF one, it's obviously the inspiration for the latest video - although I prefer the RAF version simply because it went on longer. Both great clips though.

The first lets ya save it as a movie file or FLV... the second works more often than the first but saves as FLV only.

The second video is an old classic in my books, the first is just really funny on its own  Grin

Funny until the pilot screws up and then the Marshall is to blame.

If the pilot does not follow the marshaller, then he is responsible. When ever I have marshaled aircraft, if the pilot did not do as I wanted, I turned my back and walked away. If he stopped I would start again, if not, well he is a big boy and get paid so.

The captain is ultimately responsible for the aircraft. If he decides he doesn't want to follow the marshaller (for any number of reasons, from the captain knowing something the marshaller is unaware of, to at the other end of the scale, poor marshalling), then either way he is responsible. In this case, the marshalling was all fairly academic anyway. Smiley

I've spent 22 years on the Air National Guard on A-37's, F-16's, and C-130's.  I've marshalled out fighters, attack jets, and some of the really big jets.  I never saw this in a one training class! LOL Grin
