I got a new camera for Christmas a Kodak Z712 IS with 12x optical zoom. Here are some of my first time spotting at BWI with the camera.

These shots are very nice, for a first time! The only small remark I have, is that it looks nicer when you get the entire plane, instead of a winglet or stabiliser cut out of the frame.

But you should see my very first shots... often there wasn't even a plane in it!  Grin

Lovely colour, contrast and sharpness! Well done!

I had the Kodak Z740  only 10X optical zoom but it did well for what it was! I bet that the same goes for your camera.

Have fun with it, and be careful, its addicting!

I use a Kodak DX7590 and it does O.K. for me!!  My DSLR fund is growing and the price of them is coming down!!  Smiley
