Looks like a high(er) altitude Trip this time...

The start Airfield (CA09) is 3,500 feet ASL, so don't forget to set the cruise altitude on your Radio, GREATER than that, BEFORE switching on the Auto-Pilot!...LOL!... Grin

(How may times have you wondered why you find yourself diving into the ground when switching the AP on?....It's set at ZERO feet ASL!.... Shocked

The Airfield height at the end of the trip (O81) is 3,600 feet ASL so it looks like a fairly level flight above the fantastic scenery below... Smiley

Nice short flight lads. Terrible take-off. Runway was too bumpy to gain speed in my C182. Crashed/stalled/bounced into the air through some trees. Great scenery on route.

P.S. ...actually, looking at my Trusty Map of California, it appears that we have just about reached the Northern-most tip, and venturing any further Northwards will take us into the State of Oregon.....
