Just Filed my FS Navigator Flight Plan... Wink...!

Looks like a high(er) altitude Trip this time...

The start Airfield (CA09) is 3,500 feet ASL, so don't forget to set the cruise altitude on your Radio, GREATER than that, BEFORE switching on the Auto-Pilot!...LOL!... Grin...!

(How may times have you wondered why you find yourself diving into the ground when switching the AP on?....It's set at ZERO feet ASL!.... Shocked...!...)..... Grin....!

The Airfield height at the end of the trip (O81) is 3,600 feet ASL so it looks like a fairly level flight above the fantastic scenery below... Smiley...!

Cheers all.... Wink...!

Paul....G-BPLF...Default Beech Baron 58 (as usual)....Cool...!

Nice short flight lads. Terrible take-off. Runway was too bumpy to gain speed in my C182. Crashed/stalled/bounced into the air through some trees. Great scenery on route.

Until next time,

Crash Wink

The landing was challenging with low visibility and a crosswind but thankfully it wasn't a  hole.

Lovely little flight, with some very nice scenery en route... Smiley...!

My Trusty Baron 58 was very happy with the flight, with sufficient power from its twin motors to cope with any situation looming in front.... Wink....

....bless her... Kiss...!

Paul...G-BPLF.... Cool...!

P.S.  ...actually, looking at my Trusty Map of California, it appears that we have just about reached the Northern-most tip, and venturing any further Northwards will take us into the State of Oregon.....

...not a nice place to visit.... Shocked....

...very wild, and unpredictable...

....and that's just the residents!......Wink..... Grin....!

...LOL... Grin...!
