You can use any of the Rwy12 or EZ-Scenery object libraries.
There is a large Rwy12 library download here,
http://www.simviation.com/fsdesign_scenery8.htm. It is a 3 part download (Library #1, 2 and 3). You do not need the Rwy12 Program download.
There are additional Rwy12, as well as many EZ-Scenery, libraries. The easiest place to locate them is the Avsim-File Library: search the Flight Simulator 2004-Scenery Design section for 'Rwy12' and 'EZ-Scenery'.
You'll notice that some of the EZ-Scenery libraries are described as 'Rwy12 library updated for use in EZ-Scenery'. If you already have the corresponding Rwy12 library there's no need for the EZ library. Also some Rwy12 and EZ libraries are described as 'libraries of default scenery objects for use in....'. These are not necessary as Instant Scenery can read directly from all default FS9 libraries.
To remove the trees from your airport you can use the 'exclusion rectangle' function built into 'AFS' (actually it's AFX). See the AFX User Manual.
