I've personally never seen a banner add-on but it is a great idea. I suppose it could be done as an effect to add to any aircraft in the same way as drogue 'chutes. Anyone?

There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

Christian, welcome to SimV,

Bill Lyons vintage Travel Air biplane (2004 Travel Air package) has banners that can be toggled on/off on a couple of the aircraft.

'... Banner towing practice..?- Not sure that it fits your needs as the banners are unanimanted and do not change the flight dynamics.

The package is an auto-installer and contains the aircraft along with vintage scenery, ai aircraft, flights and some extras. It is designed to fit nicely with vintage scenery, such as Golden Wings 3.

There is no uninstaller so if your not sure you want the 'vintage scenery' aspects of the install, point the installer to a temporary folder and copy the bits you want to your sim.

Well you can be a glider and be towed be a tow plane, so mabey all you need to do is make a banner that is compatible with the towplane and would function as an airplane in the gliders place.
