A very friendly friend of my dad sends my sister and I an amazon voucher for £25 or so each year, I got mine through today and I am wondering what purchases would be good to get going on my 'desktop cockpit'.

I am going to be buying a keyboard to make some cockpit controls... but is there anything else that might be useful?

I have a saitek joystick and support USB. PS/2 and VGA/DVI/S-Video output.

Any thoughts on what I could get to pretty much start off my gaming?

cheers

Um... lottery tickets?  Grin
You might think about rudder pedals- vastly improves "real" flying. A bit more than that voucher alone, but well worth it.

Rudder pedals eh... and so were can they be bought for £25?

...A controller chip would cost £30 alone.

Currently I am thinking of getting some new headphones (Dolby Digital 3D Gaming... With microphone for general stuff)
