Hey guys.

My two pals and I have been looking for a game that we can play online with both PCs and Macs. We've been trying to find one becuase I want to play aoeIII but they both have Macs, and I get a Powerbook next month.

Over the Christmas holidays we'd like to play a game together, so I was wondering if anyone knew a cool game we could try out.

However no browser based games if you please.

My friend's macbook will run bootcamp.

However the MBP will kernal panic (mac thing) if you run boot camp...it's weird.

I will take up that UT2K4 idea thanks!

What gen MBP is it, and which OS? Remember that Tiger's bootcamp was a "Beta" and Leopard's is the real one. If you have Leopard as your OS, it shouldn't kernal panic (or at least mine doesn't)

And Don't do parallels to try to run games, you end up with bigger problems.

Hailo (The first one)
Unreal Tournament 2K3 and 2K4
Need for Speed Carbon
DEFCON !!!!! (great game, you will never stop playing)
World of Warcraft
Photoshop
Age of Empires III
Battlefield 2142
Command and Conquer 3
Civ IV
Doom 3
Command and Conquer Generals
Command and Conquer Zero Hour
Rise of nations
Prey
Call of Duty 2
Quake 4

These are all I can think of off the top of my head. I just hope that your friends have Intel macs and not PPCs because that narrows down the selection.

Cheers
Cameron

Mac's are quite annoying to work with, i'd go with a normal PC anyday.
