I do not know like you firing advises can change. But strength you change in such a way: select them the weapon which you want to change. Then you open the suitable folder and do in Adobe acrobat xml a legal click and click on " open with ... ". There you choose the Notepad. Then you see before yourself:

The red stands for the strength which is released with the impact. The yellow for the strength which releases the fireball. The Green for the amount by fire you see after the impact. And the blue for the radius in which everything is destroyed. Now you yourself must try how much strength should have the weapon. Attention!
do not put them too high, but you do not come any more on time to security.Backup your files!!!
