Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked

Looks quite nice, even with the screenshots they have there!

Can't wait to see the finished model!

I would have to agree to that. The C-130 that they have really kills every graphic loading thing in my sim. I would imagine a plane 10x bigger than the C-130 with 10x+ more effects and details would be killer to my system. The detail is great and all the realism makes you get interested but performance really is an issue to all of there products.

To be fair what are they supposed to do? Keep making FS9 versions of all their new products? FSX has been out for over a year, and FS9 is a 4 year old piece of software (July 2003). By the time the B52 sees the light of day then there's a fair chance "FSXI" (or will it just be 11 by then? Wink) will be closer to the horizon too...

Funny how no other Payware company seems to think that way then...I know the majority of simmers use FS9...And if Captain Sim use that block system, you'll have to wait a couple of years to get the entire package... Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

As of today, the F-block of the 757 still hasn't been released... Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Probably would've jumped all over that, if it wasn't for the FSX only bit, which makes me a sad panda...

At least there's always screenshots. Can't wait to see it fully-dressed, the B-52's wrinkly skin will probably look very dapper with FSX's bump-mapping.

And how do you know that'll be the case once it's released? Captain Sim are hardly speedy when it comes to development (unsurprising given the amount of detail and work put into their addons), so it could be some time yet before it's released...

still waiting for their FMC patch for the 757.
How long is it now, 2 years and counting?

Just admit that you wont reslease it for FS9....

I was really looking forward to their 767 project...Then, I think when the 757 was announced, they scrapped the 767 completely...Also, the 757 was rushed because at the time, PSS (I think) was also in the process of delivering one...Now, I wonder how the Level-D Simulations 757 is coming along... Wink

@Tweek: Are we going to argue over who said what? I am done with Captain Sim...Besides, I was talking about them releasing it in the near future, which you clearly pointed out, will never happen Tongue Undecided

All I know, is that their C-130 is just amazing. I highly enjoyed it; Even when my system almost decided to commit Seppuku by running it!  Grin Grin

The CS Orbiter is the same deal.

Amazing detail; Amazing fun; Horrible on the system.

I still love them though!

(Just like Alphasim!)
