I like the light wingy doodads where the navigation lights should be. cause' of the glare it's giving off.

Looks like a photo ........ until you see that the lighting at the base of the tail is completely wrong
The light source is from below and off the nose ...... ergo the base of the tail should be the same gray colour as the rest of the fuselage. If the lighting is from the logo illumination then the tail needs to be lightened accordingly.
