Hey,

Does anyone know where I could find a KA20, KA40 and KA42 for FSX?!?!

I found a KA20 for FS9, but I don't think its all that good.

Cheers

Hmm, the Catanas and Twin Stars? Interests me, too.
I do a search for it...

ADD:

I found a FS2004 Diamond HK36 TS80 Motor Glider here.
But that wasn't what you want..... Wink

Well, here are a DA40 and DA42, but I heard they aren't really good: http://www.microsoft.com/austria/education/projekte.mspx
And if you want to go for payware, that could be interesting:

This Abacus aircraft looks really good I think, if you click on Download button you get a 7 day demo, but with all features.

I bought the Abacus one. My advise is TRY before you buy. Really... Semper Fi, Dave

Hey guys,

Cheers for all the responses.

Don't know how well the Abacus one will be, I haven't got any good products out of them yet.

The Aerosoft one looks decent though.

Cheers,

If there are any more that anyone can find, or even things similar, chuck em up.

Regards

Say what you like about Abacus, they're one of the few payware outfits that let you try before you buy. http://www.abacuspub.com/fsd/catalog/s550.htm

I downloaded the Abacus aircraft, and they don't even work...??? Why the hell would I pay for something that doesn't work!

As for the Aerosoft DA-20, I bought it, and it's fantastic Cheesy Soooo happy with it! Now all I need is photo real textures so I can practise my flying without spending lots of money on flying lessons Tongue

Cheers all!

Yeah I am sure. Like it works, but when you select the aircraft in free flight, when it gives you the preview before you even start flying, the screen is red, and when IN the aircraft it is all red, all I can see is the dash, and when you take an outside view onto the plane it is invisible!

Ah the red screen, I know.
For FS9, please check if you have asreg01.dll in your Modules folder.
For FSX, check for the file above AND there's another dll in the main folder of FS.
I don't know it, you can ask Felix, he should now.
If they don't exist, are damaged or something like that, you'll see this red screen.
My tip:
If you can't find a solution,
run the setup file again, which allows you to uninstall it, then run it again to INSTALL it,
but don't select FS folder, just another new one and install.
Then copy all the files and folders from there to FS and overwrite existing things.
