Hey,

I'm a long time sim pilot but new to the world of aircraft design. Now being a bit of a South African aviation enthusiast I've been researching the Denel / Atlas Aviation / CSIR ACE (all composite evaluator) with a view to modeling it for FS9 / FSX. But I need help!

The aircraft was designed and built as a contender for the South African Air Force's Ab Initio Trainer requirement when their Harvard fleet was decommissioned, and by all accounts was an incredible aircraft to fly. Unfortunately Pilatus eventually won the contract with their PC-7 MkII (Astra) and after several years of trying to find a foreign buyer the one flying demonstrator was sadly written off in an accident.

I've amassed a fair bit of data, images and footage of this lovely little turboprop and would love to see it 'fly' again, unfortunately I just don't have the skills or the time to make it happen, so if anyone out there is interested in taking on this project I'll happily give you everything I have to get you started along with a bucket load of moral support!

Anyone....?

Check it out below...
