Why go out in the freezing snow (we had about 8 inches of it last night) and make a snowman of course (I hadn't even had a cup of tea!)
There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

Half of me is thinking how lucky you are, we don't get snow like that anymore in London.... The other half is grateful we don't get snow like that anymore
Anyway, Mini-mod looks like she's having a ball and that's what makes it special
Great pics.

Snow? I think I read about that in a book once. Today's high in Central Texas is 77!! And it's November!!!
I blame the democrats.
Did you build that snowman with that little green shovel? Impressive. Looks like a lot of fun.

Goodmorning Mark...
By gosh Emi is growing and she looks to be having a ball.
No snow here yet, they have some in Northern Ontario but all we have had is rain and a touch of frost.
Still have lots to do before the snow fly's so got to get back at it today, haven't even started the tree lights yet, (that takes two full days with help) just starting to take out the docks and working my way towards the barn and then the hangar last.
We did not put any gardens in this year as we still have lots of preserves/canned goods and home made you know what from several years past.
I am a little ahead of the game plan, got over a ton of coal in, oil tanks filled, several cords of wood for the barn and hangar and nearly eight cords for the house, all stacked and ready for next year. (I buy it and have it delivered and stacked...too much work for me anymore)
Emi would love the first winter storm we get because it is usually a good one. The snow really swirls and drifts and makes for all kinds of wonderful natural snow carvings. I just hope the snow holds off for two to three more weeks till I get things done. I hope Emi has a sled to slide down those small hills, just think of the exercise you will get pulling her back to the top of the hill only to chase her down.
Wonderful shots...have a great day outside.
Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug

I get about an inch or less of snow a year. Used to live where there was no snow...or how I miss that place. Nice snowman by the way!
