If you want some great holiday mood jazz, I recomend "A Charlie Brown Christmas" by the Vince Guaraldi Trio.  Better than any contemporary artist by far.  Great for listening to by a fire.

Another recomendation for holiday jazz is "Quiet Nights" by Miles Davis.  Not Christmas music per se, but it is quite festive, and would be a pleasant alternative to something like, Mr G.

I was sittin' here enjoying them, and figured there had to be someone else out there who hates Kenny.

I'm not that much into jazz, but I can say that real chirstmass music isn't the mushie stuff they play during that period, but music that warms the hart...
