hello i downloaded this kit i used to have Photoshop CS3 i now have Elements 4.0 now, im not sure if the files will work properly, (any photoshop file will show up as a CS3 even if it was made on any other) is it default that the files show up as a CS3 File?

I think you mean the file icons. This simply shows which program the file type is associated with. Double-click on the icon to open the file in that program. You can associate file types with any program you like. I imagine CS3 & Elements use the same Photoshop icon.

I don't know which format the original PC-7 textures are in. FS textures can usually be converted with DXTBmp or Imagetool.
