Hello to All:
Does any one know how to add night lighting to some of the FSX international airports?  In the real world, every international airport that I can think of has parking lot lights.  The follow link is an example of lighted enviornement airport:

As you can see, the airport or apron is very well lit.

The following is an example lighting effect that someone has created for the FSX Gold Coast Airport (YBCG):http://library.avsim.net/sendfile.php?Location=AVSIM&Proto=file&ImageID=170149

So, I know it is possible to achieve a similar lighting enviornment with some other airports in FSX.  

But How?-----
What programs do I need to create this?
Is it possible to make one single effect that will light up the airports?
What files in FSX do I need to change?
What scenery files do I need to add?
All help, answers and comments welcome in regards to this matter.
