Is WoE a stand-alone game?
Or is it a WoV modification? I have WoV, and certainly would enjoy some more modern aircraft

WOE is standalone
Got it from EB Games (Electronic Boutique) for $70 AUD
It's a great game and doesnt require much Comp Power
You can get heaps of mods to from one of tha many Mod Sites I recommend it greatly!

$65 (US) is a bit steep for a game released 2 years ago...Unless if you bought it at the time of release which by the way is steal rather steep...

Well i got it a while ago and $70 was spent by my Brother for his birthday
i got it a while ago i think... Febuary 2006
i think the game is well worth the money! I think it's more fun than FSX
until i get Acceleration FSX is just another low and slow game (I hate those
)
I have never played Wings Over Vietnam... is it any good? There are no carrier ops in Wings Over Europe but it is still very fun blowing up migs
IN multiplayer there are bonus aircraft tof ly like the Little Dog (cessna O-2), B-52 etc..

WoV is fun! Obviously, it's based in Vietnam; so don't expect seeing missiles as accurate as modern Sidewinders or AIM-120's. In fact, you're lucky if you can get your Sparrow's to even
hit
a plane (as, I believe, was the norm in Vietnam).
It's all about Gun Fighting, pretty much
