I'm looking for a good AC designed for cross country. Something unique. Don't really want a Cessna, Beech, Piper, etc. Basically, something that can land on any surface (not water though).
Reason being, I want to do a cross country flight in Australia in an AC that doesn't have to be way up in the clouds to see the scenery. I have VOZ and am almost finished downloading Andy Weir's SRTM Mesh for Australia.
And if you could, please include a link if possible.
Thanks.

These are some good suggestions
Dave, thanks for the specs. That's very helpful when I try out a new AC.

If you really want to have a good, long look at the scenery, try this Champ ("FS2004 Aeronca Champ"):

Come to think of it, the Wilga on that page is very cool, too...

Another great possibility. Thanks!
This is really getting good. Which one will I eventually use?

After careful consideration, I have decided to go with this one
I appreciate the recommendations by all who replied to this thread. I've bookmarked the links for later use.
