Did you ever want to ckoke someone until they're eyes bugged out? If i would have caught the #@%hole that did this i would have!!!!!!!
It was Mischief night or The Devil's Night last night and I was sitting at the computer. I heard a car go by and a POP sound. I went out to find my rear window shattered. My neighbor came running out and said he saw a SUV turning the corner after the noise jumped in his truck and went after them. The Police came and said I was not the only one. My neighbor came back and said he could not find them but, gave the Cop a desciption of the SUV. Bastards!!!!!!!!!!
Thank God for insurance!!!!!!
I can't say enjoy this time!!!
@#&%*$#
Point of impact
Collapsed over night

Sadly some sad indivduals get off on mindless acts of vandalism like this... Was it stones or, heaven forbid, gunshot?

The Officer and I looked at it and think it was a Pellet Gun!! The was no rocks, brick or anything else around the car.

That really bites, Cory. Judging by how close the impact was to the actual body of the car, it could have been a lot worse if it hit the trunk.

Hmmm. Here's me thinking that Halloween in America was supposed to be a family event as depicted in films like ET. Seems it's just an excuse for mindless vandalism, like it's become over here in the UK.
PS. Who in their right mind would allow their kids out in the dark knocking on strangers doors & asking for treats?

I had a windshield like that once. It was shattered by one of the vandals head hitting it....
.
Caught the little bastards dead to rights spray painting my car. I was allot younger then and not disabled. I opened up a can of whoopass on them. Guess I shouldn't have body slammed the one on the hood....
Price of new paint job for the punks- $2,000.00
Price of windshield to victim (me)- $0 - insurance paid for it.....
Satisfaction stomping the snot out of the perpetrators- Priceless!

More and more people need a good swift kick to the family jewels. Not just for the pain and embarrassment associated with it, but also so they don't go out and produce any more like them. There are way too many stupid people in the world, or maybe it's just that they make their existence (and demise -> Darwin Awards) known much more spectacularly...
Sorry to hear that happened Cory. At least insurance covered it, and nobody was hurt......yet.

It was hilarious when the guy tried to get me to cover the cost of his doctor bills. Seems he sustained a concussion when his head impacted my windshield. The judge looked at him and said, "Let's see now, you went to the victims house, you vandalised his car by spray painting all manner of profanities on it, he was defending his property from your attack, your on your own."
That was back in the 80's, nowadays, the darn criminal has all the rights and I'd probably end up in jail for assaulting them.

Some people shouldn't breed.
I hate hearing about stuff like this. Glad to see you got it fixed though. I hope your insurance doesn't go up to terribly much for making a claim. Now that this happened, you suddenly live in a "dagerous neighborhood" and your insurance costs go up a couple of percent. I doubt that happens, but it wouldn't surprise me in the least if it did though.

O and I thought my country is the only country protecting criminals, seems like an global issue
This is the result of new laws not allowing parents to punish their children with a belt or something on the butt. After all now we only talk, and it seems talk aint helping.
All hail insurance
