I have the Abacus Airbus A380 add-on program.  It works nicely and I don't have a problem with this software except for the following:  When using the FMC, after pressing the "execute" button, I press the "load" button to load the flight plans.
I assume these plans are loaded from c:\...\my documents\Flight Plan Files   However, the system hesitates for a few seconds,
then the screen goes black and the program shuts down.  An "error" message window shows up, indicating that Microsoft
should be sent this error information.
I would like to know if and how I can repair this.  I would like to load the flight plans and continue using this airplane!
I am capable of installing a new file or subfolder if necessary. Huh

Hi liketofly - welcome to the friendly boards at SimV!

I also have the Abacus A380 and have found that the supplied FMC isn't really worth using. What I've done (which seems to work well) is to alias the Ken Mitchell A340 panel to it, and then add the Mirage Works FMC (both freeware) which to me gives a better experience. Ken's panel is to me a distinct improvement on Abacus'.

Also beware the Abacus FDE; you'll need to adjust the take-off trim to get it airborne.

Hi,

I have the same problem trying to load a flightplan with the FMC on the Citation X from Wilco.
Is there any solutions out there for this plane?

Thanks, Scott

Microlight, I browsed awhile in AVSIM, Simviation, and Flightsim for Mitch's A340 panel and could not make up my mind which one you had alias to? Would you mind giving the file name please?
