I've asked Ashar to co-ordinate aquiring a regular set of screenshot contributions to Simworld. I'd really like to see it grow on a steady, consistent basis. The pics included now by everyone are great, but we need more..a lot more. Ashar will be asking two of you to become regular "photographers", flying the world looking for exotic and interesting places to shoot, then posting them once a week here at Studio. It'll be 3 quality pics each per week. That's it. An easy and hopefully enjoyable task for those involved. If you're not asked first time out, don't fret.. we'll change people each few months so that everyone interested gets an opportunity. End result will hopefully be a screenshot atlas of the FS9/X world with hundreds of shots. A place everyone can go to to find ideas on where they'd like to fly, or just spend a bit of time browsing. And of course everyone is free to submit as many screenshots as they like for Simworld in their own thread. Ashar will then select the ones to be entered into Simworld.  Smiley

It's a great idea, and I would be contributing a lot more to Simworld if I didn't have a million tons of work right now.... would love to see it grow....

Can people still randomly contribute now and then, even if they aren't selected?

I've been wanting to get round to doing something for simworld for a while.

Yes Spitfire, all pics are welcome, it's just that I think it'd be great to see Simworld grow more steadily, with a lot more entries on a regular basis. .

Thanks for the offer PD. I'm not sure who's going to be starting off as Simworlds two offical photographers, but i'll forward your offer to Ashar.  Smiley Again, all pics are most welcome, remember though, to try to capture landmarks, points of interest, airports etc..so the place you're shooting at is easily accessable to everyone looking at the pic.

Hey,
I would be very willing to participate in this.  It's time I put something back into SimV.
On a completely unrelated note, a week or two ago I submitted a possible Heathrow screeny to go into SimWorld.  Clipper said it should, asking if Krigl agreed. say so.

I apologise for the shameless advertising, I'd like to be a part of SimWorld!

Ivan, I'd be happy to put up your shot, but please submit it in a seperate thread entitiled "For Simworld",as a clickable thumbnail 110 x 110. If you need help making clickables, go to our tutorial library.

I've listed everyone who has generously offered to be contributing photographers. The first month or two, we'll open with Soui and Alonso, then Ashar will post the names of the next two.  Smiley I'd love to include everyone who's asked, but the number of pics submitted would be overwhelming.

I have tons of enviroment and landscape shots from all over the place.
Taking shots of the scenery is something I always do when taking screenshots of my flight.

No gauges, no panels, just shots of the wide open spaces....
Just click on my "Alaska Exposed" thread in my sig Wink
