Hmmm... I'd have to see one in real life... new models can grow on you over time. It has characteristics of classic British cars...

Are you having a laugh? It's the butchering of a car that had the characteristics of classic British cars more like!

It's not bad. You wnat to know F-U-G-L-Y? Howabout the new Chrysler Sebring, the new Suburu Impreza, the new Honda Accord (these all include all model types for each car), the newer BMW 5-series (the best looking of the lot, and it looks like a pile of crap), the Mercedes-Benz SLK class (seriously, wtf?), the Jaguar S-Type (the XF can't come soon enough) and who can forget the new Scion xB? I sure can. Those, my friend, are seriously ugly.

From that camera angle, it looks like the arse end of any generic 4X4 (but a lot smaller thought)

Too big, ugly, and not a Mini. Mini's weren't/aren't made by BMW.
