I strongly agree with the ACES team's decision of holding this new feature until DX10 [even though it can work on DX9 as well]. Frankly, having this feature in DX9 in a Microsoft Flight Simulator product could've brought more of the computers down to their knees. That, and the fact that DX9 limited the quality of such a feature.
