Whilst Lewis has an almost unattainable lead in the real thing, Craig and cspyro21 are neck and neck in the battle to be crowned SimV F1 expert 2007  Cool
Two races to go, 60 points max up for grabs.

This is a tough one to predict. Weather looking okay for saturday so the grid should be all things normal for sunday, but the weather for sunday is a bit erratic. Plus with a possible grid penalty for Lewis if things go against him. This track should suit Fernando, not because of the car, but because he's always been quick round here. soooo.

Alonso
Raikonnen
Massa.

true story:  my dad beat Yammamoto when he was in Australia racing Yamaha go karts at Goulburn (Wakefield). true!  was neck and neck th whole way , dad was like 53 years old too !  hahaah.  take that !    Yamaha 100cc Clubman heavy.  look it up, its on the net.  woohooo. !    Thats what he got for taking on the local knowledge and the Australian over 40's champion 5 times in Yamahas   I believe he was out here studying and did a season of our F3's or something, along with a few kart races at Canberra and Goulburn...true !

Why oh why did they let him stay out - he'd been going backwards for 3 laps...

On of the most dull brained things I've seen in F1.

+1....

If that decision costs him the title, he's not going to be a happy bunny.....

It's not like it was necessary either. We've all played computer games and pushed a set of tyres too far, but this is real. So what if he'd come in 2 laps earlier and had to stop again - he still probably would have got more points than he'll get now.

Infuriating...

Ah well I thought I had Kimi winning, I was all excited there for a moment that I had done the sweep.
I'm happy, Ferrari still have a chance of the title, but I think this is now Alonsos title to lose.
Mclaren absolutly blew it with Lewis. The second they saw that white outline of the inner tyre they should have pitted, so to not do so for 3 laps was a title costing mistake.

Martin Whitmarsh: "We were trying to not take risks..."

I think you took a bigger risk and lost! I have to agree with you Craig, so does Mark Blundell...

Just Mclaren towing the line to keep the lewis camp appeased.
In the end its motor racing, you don't win if you dont take risks, I think Mclaren went a little to far with the risk this time. But it's easy to say after the race.

The worst outcome for Mclaren in Brazil is a Kimi win, that means Lewis will have to beat his points total as a tie with points gives Kimi the title on most wins, at least a tie with Alonso gives Lewis the title.

McLaren certainly didn't do themselves any favours on Lewis' part did they? I was screaming at the TV to bring him in, but no... you know the rest.
