Holy hangar-rash! A lot of cool planes inside:

An airworthy MiG-15:

...

And a flyable Vampire, looking great with shark's mouth paint.

...

I've seen many pics of this gorgeous F-86... here's a bad one. Wink

...

Omigosh- a flying Zero. This, with many other planes from this collection, was flown in the reent Pearl Harbor movie.

...

A beautiful Spit... Mk IX, I think.

...

The insignia on the left hand side of that bird...

...

A Canada-built Hurri; very nice.

...

I was thinking of stealing this for you-know-who, but it wouldn't fit in the Champ. Cheesy

...

Next: part 4

You think right. ML417, formerly from TFC at Duxford, now with the Friedkin family at Chino. Smiley

Very nice it is too - another one that escaped across the atlantic! Smiley  Shame it wasn't restored as it was before it ended its first life, as it was a Sea Hurricane until it was damaged during the war...

Note the upturned Swiss nose. I prefer the original shape.

It does indeed. Smiley I'd paint it something far more interesting...
