RealityXP has one. it is the only real working weather radar that I know of. Unfortunately, it is payware. I will probably buy it soon.

As far as I know the 777 Professional that is published by Flight1 I think has a working one.
But I don't have this long bird.
I also remember having heard of an external software you can see and manage weather, flight plan and more with, but neither I'm sure of this nor can I remember a name.

Add On Gauges has both a stand alone (networked computer gauge) and a in-sim panel installable functional weather radar.  I use the networked one in my simpit.  Works great.  See the Homebuild Cockpits forum section "Resources" sticky at the top for the AOG web url.
