Probably still a work in progress as there are a few niggly things. I have hand painted the majority of the Eagle to try my hand at it. Any C and C more than welcome.

Layne, the angle is possibly for something called "composition". Ever considered that? If every shot had to be straight and level/more to that effect, each shot would be boring.
Some of my favourite planes from the USAF (assuming that is a KC-10 lol) Mustang! Its perfect, and nice hand painting.

C'mon guys, let's not start another argument here...
Mustang, first of all, that's a very wicked picture man! You asked for C&C, so here's a few things I noticed:
The white line, is it a wingtip vortex or fuel leaking from the hose?
The background angle is a bit too wild for me. 90° rotation rarely works. You made it work a little bit, but still, IMHO, it is a bit distracting and disorientating.
The lighting on the Eagle looks a bit too strong to me. The strong reflection on the right wing suggests that the sun is still high in the sky and very bright. The shadows on the left suggest that the sun is low on the horizon.
The F-15 looks very smooth (great painting!), but the nose cone looks a bit odd. Maybe it was coused by decreasing the size of the picture...?
Cheers,
Sytse

First of all, I love this pic,
despite
the fact that it has managed to give me acute vertigo...
I think it might have been a good idea to dull down the water in the background; right now it looks a little bit artificial...
But like you your self said, niggly things.

Very nice indeed, I agree with the above though... lots to work on, a tricky and involved pic....

Love the angle. It's dynamic.
I agree with the vortex comment, it does look like it's origin is the fuel nozzle.
The lighting is dramatic and that angle needs dramatic lighting to compliment it. Sytse is right about the light angle. but I like the intensity of the light.
it's a cracking good idea
