I can no longer get the server to work... anyone else having this problem? It just doesn't show on the multiplayer menu after I have put in the IP and clicked search. I use the Simv server all the time so its not me, and I have just been on a number of other servers to test...

Hello Sam...
If it's only Murphy's head that is on holiday, is there a chance that the rest of his body can fix it for us in the meantime?...

Nice Sam.... but from my experience ...no one from SimV ever seems to
use
teamspeak. You could save yourself some trouble.
Main reason I don't fly there much if at all anymore.

Maybe it's time I explained why I don't use Teamspeak...
...
Most of my day is spent playing and recording Music, mostly with the help of my Midi Keyboards, Sound Modules, Computer and Music Programming Software, playing through my Midi Sound Card.
The Sound Card (
on the REAR of my computer
) is permanently attached to my complex Surround Sound Speaker system, and set up for Midi.
As pretending to fly Aeroplanes takes up a tiny fraction of my daily time, I have no particular wish to constantly dismantle my sound system every time, and plug in Headphones and Microphone and set everything up, for the dubious benefit of chatting to myself/someone else in a Multiplayer Session for five minutes or so, and then having to re-connect everything again afterwards to continue with my Music Studio!
I would call that a waste of my time...
...!
So guess what...That's my reason for preferring to use the "Chat Window"...
...!
"Priorities" is a good word to use on occasions like these.
Anyone else got a preference...and the reason...?

Well the big problem is that although I do speak English very well, I have some difficulty understanding the various accents and pronounciations. I have to get used to them to understand them. And the time that I would spend on TeamSpeak is too short to start understanding them all. So typing is much easier.
